The web design is a category within the web programming that is responsible for modeling and create the appearance of Internet portals , ie, to design the template that we all see and serves as an intermediary between the user and the server.

The programming languages are the main tool used to create websites . With them, a code is written that will be interpreted by the server as a web page , and as such, it will be shown to users.

HTML is one of the languages used in web design. It is a markup language that works through hypertext tags. Many computer scientists refuse to catalog HTML as a programming language, but the truth is that it is a fundamental part of web programming in general and is the basis of any website or mobile application.

Anyone can learn HMTL , it is very easy to understand. Just with a notepad we can design our first (and simple) web page. We just have to structure the code very well and save the pad with the extension .html instead of the default .txt. Example: myprimeraweb.html.
