The aptitudes are a series of abilities and capacities that a person has to carry out a task or several, it is also known as the capacity that people have to perform a sport, since an aptitude is a natural ability to acquire any type of knowledge .

The term “aptitude” comes from the Latin meaning “able to.” This word can be used in many areas such as in studies or in the work sector, for example a person may have an aptitude to develop in fields such as mathematics or science , a person may have an aptitude for music, singing or for research.

The skills can be intellectual, verbal or physical. When we talk about the first two, we are dealing with those skills that people have to perform activities that require rapid understanding, reasoning and logic.
