When a meeting, meeting or any type of formal event is held in which important decisions have been made that will affect the participants of the meeting and / or their representatives, all this must be recorded in a minute duly drawn up and signed by those involved in what is said there.

Being 15:15 hours there was 50% of the total of neighbors.

Presentation of candidates to fill the positions of president, treasurer and secretary of the board of directors.

The candidacy for the positions is requested on a voluntary basis.

Voting for the election of the Board of Directors 2018 – 2019.

After the vote, the new board is established as follows:

Treasurer: Miguel Anaranguren

4. Closure of Session.

The session is closed with the agreement that the next 15 days from May 16 is considered the transition between the previous board and the new board of directors to receive the administration of the condominium.
