Depersonalization is defined as the moments when a person persistently or repeatedly feels that they can observe themselves from outside their body, or simply that the things that surround them are not real or both. When this happens, the person usually thinks that he is dreaming.

Most people have gone through depersonalization at least once in their life , but when this experience persists it can affect people’s ability to cope, this type of disorder can be presented by those individuals who have gone through frustrating situations.

  1. When they have the feeling of detachment from their own emotions.
  2. Anxiety and depression
  3. Not recognizing your own image in front of the mirror.
  4. Sensation of looking at your life like in a movie.
  5. The out-of-body experiences.
  6. The strong feeling that you are not real.
  7. Look at his distorted body.
  8. They believe that their whole life is a dream.
  9. For them life has no meaning.
  10. Many may lose the sensation of a part of their body.
