The mission of a company is a manifestation of the objectives that have been established at the time of its foundation. Those purposes that they are supposed to try to carry out at all times. In the mission of a company, we will be able to discover what are the goals that it wants to achieve and perhaps how they will do it, in a generalized way.

Ultimately, the mission of a company focuses on customer satisfaction, so, understanding what the purposes of a company are, we will know if they are the right ones to provide us with excellent service.

This concept is very different from the “vision” of a company , since in that case it is stated where the company is going once it reaches the purposes stated in the mission.
