Examples of Aerobic Exercises

The exercises aerobics are generally categorized as high or low impact.
Here are examples of each:
1. Low to moderate impact exercises:
walking, swimming, stair climbing, rowing, skiing, climbing. Almost anyone in reasonably good health can do these types of exercises . According to some research, walking briskly for three or more hours a week reduces the risks of coronary heart disease by 65%. Brisk walking also helps burn calories and prevents injury to muscles and bones.
2. High impact exercises:
running, dancing, playing tennis, paddle tennis, or squash. The exercisesHigh impact activities should be performed no more than every other day, and even with a lower average for those who are overweight, older, out of physical condition, or suffer injuries or other medical problems.
