There are a wide variety of options for  foods of animal origin and many of them are part of a balanced diet in people.

They have many benefits and although it has now been proven that stopping these foods is just as good and with many benefits , not all people are governed by the same ideas.

These foods can be rich in vitamins , minerals and mainly protein . So it is advisable to consume this type of food of animal origin “frequently”  Many of these animals have a large amount of fat and are inferior when compared to  foods of plant origin.
